We will be on-site, wherever you are, to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. If something gets funky, we’ll take care of it.

We’ll be there with you, taking care of the expected and the unexpected with our concierge services. We are Americans based on the Italian island of Sardinia. We speak English and Italian, and if we’re traveling with you, we always bring someone who can speak the local language.

• Selection of venues, coordinating and attending site inspections for corporate events, wedding ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner, etc.
• Selection of, negotiations, and contract review with vendors including photographers, florists, caterers, entertainment, etc.
• Design of all necessary stationery (save-the-dates, invitations, menus, programs, escort cards).
• Design, coordination, and direction of all facets of the event.
• Support services for you and all of your guests. Special attention for VIPs if required.
• Transportation, lodging, and room block location and assistance.
• Luxury villa rentals and private jet services.
• Making and confirming important appointments such as salons, fittings, tastings, etc.
• Unlimited staff hours on the day(s) of the event. Unlimited meetings during the planning process.
• Multiple NAME staff members on-site during your event.
